2. Service description
This is a fully local checkup-report archive with original-file storage, on-device text recognition, manually confirmed metrics, and report-to-report trends. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medication, or health advice.
3. Manual verification is required
On-device OCR and rule-based extraction can miss or misread names, values, units, ranges, dates, and institutions. Verify every item against the original before saving, and always rely on the source report.
4. Ranges and trends are not medical conclusions
Range labels only compare a result with the numeric range printed in its source report. They are not diagnosis, risk assessment, treatment, medication, or health advice. Undated, non-exact, or unit-incompatible values may be excluded from numeric trends.
5. Purchase and refunds
The current version has no subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, or paid feature wall. App Store purchase, redownload, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable terms. Redownloading the app does not restore local health records.
6. Local data and backup responsibility
Before removing the app or changing devices, export an encrypted core health archive outside the app and keep its password. A forgotten password cannot be recovered. Avatars, custom backgrounds, App Lock, followed metrics, drafts, and PDF previews are excluded.
7. Your responsibilities
Import only reports belonging to you or people who authorized you. Do not enter unlawful, infringing, or unrelated third-party private information.
8. License and changes
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a mandatory law requires otherwise. These terms may be revised as the product, applicable rules, or contact details change. The updated date will appear in the app and on this page.
